Jennifer Hudson gunning for a comeback after Dreamgirls

Dreamgirls actress, Jennifer Hudson, turned up in New York last night. No doubt due to her upcoming film, Sex and The City, in which she plays Carrie’s sassy assistant. J Hud looked a little weathered, but well fed and are thos estretch marks on her arms? Needless to say, I am not feeling this outfit with her bra showing and the skin tight leggings. I just have two questions about this:
- Where is Andre Talley Leon when you need him?
- Will Beyonce show up to the Sex and The City movie premiere to steal J Hud’s thunder?

Singer Mariah Carey aka Mrs. Nick Cannon, is covering this month’s issue of Vibe Magazine. Mariah does her usual pose, and the cover looks more like a Smooth Magazine cover complete with bikini and the tropical setting. NEhoo, Mariah looks like she’s feeling it these days since she lost weight. Still no word from her or Nick Cannon on their nuptials. Just a bunch of blurbs from Nick’s family member, none of which were actually at the wedding. Things are suspiciously silent for me. By the time we hear from these two, the anullment will be in process. Just ask Pam Anderson about that.

R and B singer, Usher says he refuses to pimp out photos of his newborn son, Usher for magazine covers. This is what Usher had to say on the subject:
“In no way would I ever pimp out my child for money. I am livid that people talk about my child.”
Usher then went on to defend his wife, Tameka Foster Brown. Tameka has a very bad industry rep for being difficult to get along with and a bad temper. Usher dispels the rumors with this comment:
“I stand by her as a man loving my wife and being there for my child . . . Opinions are like assholes. Everybody’s got one. What I will say is, this is my wife and I would hope that [people] would respect my wife and my marriage and who I have chosen to spend my life with.”
Even TLC’s Chili, Usher’s ex, made a comment that Tameka would be looking for a fight after reading her most recent interview. Chili had finally gone on the record about their breakup and admitted that she still loved Usher and they would always have a bond that could not be broken. Well Chili, I think many other men’s wives may have a negative reaction to an ex making a public statment like that, not just Tameka.

Latina.com is saying that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon got married yesterday in a private ceremony on some island. Wow, dude moves quick like some people I know. Wonder if he’ll take this ring back too when it’s all over and done with.
